Frozen derived data and analysis code for histology texture, hormone phenotype, and multi-omic programs in TCGA adrenocortical carcinoma

This repository contains frozen patient-level derived data, numerical frame-level features, prespecified pathway definitions, GDC/IDC manifests and integrity records, analysis code, and table and figure inputs for an exploratory cross-modal analysis of 48 patients with adrenocortical carcinoma from TCGA-ACC. A quality-controlled, unweighted histology texture-domain score was evaluated in relation to hormone phenotype and three prespecified RNA and promoter-methylation programs: steroidogenesis, immune exclusion, and proliferation/cell cycle. The deposit contains no source whole-slide images, complete DICOM volumes, thumbnails, rendered frames or tiles, raw RNA files, raw methylation files, controlled-access data, or direct personal identifiers. Public TCGA case barcodes and GDC/IDC identifiers are retained solely to support exact linkage and reproducibility. The findings represent exploratory associations from a single public cohort and do not establish diagnosis, prognosis, causality, treatment response, clinical utility, or external validity. Users must not attempt to identify or re-identify any research participant. Reuse must acknowledge TCGA and the NCI Genomic Data Commons and Imaging Data Commons and comply with their current data-use and attribution requirements.
