Single-cell RNA sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing of skin tissues from repeated-imiquimod-induced psoriasiform dermatitis mouse models and healthy controls

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data and bulk RNA sequencing generated from skin tissues of mouse models of imiquimod (IMQ)-induced psoriasiform dermatitis, including repeated-IMQ challenge models representing relapse-like psoriasiform inflammation and healthy control mice. Skin samples were collected from male C57BL/6 mice aged 6–8 weeks.The dataset was generated to characterize the cellular composition, transcriptional programs, and immune microenvironment associated with skin inflammation induced by repeated IMQ challenge. In particular, it provides a resource for investigating tissue-resident memory T-cell-related features, inflammatory signaling, keratinocyte states, and multicellular communication networks in a repeated-IMQ-induced psoriasiform dermatitis mouse model.These data may be useful for studies of psoriasis-associated skin inflammation, immune memory, relapse-related mechanisms, tissue-resident immune cells, and comparative transcriptomic analyses of experimental mouse models.
