近年来,短视频平台已经成为热点事件和网络舆情的重要策源地,关注用户群体日益增多,科学准确评估短视频自媒体号的影响力对于明晰短视频平台信息传播特点,深入挖掘短视频传播潜力,进一步规范和指导短视频平台的传播行为具有较大的理论和实践意义。但单纯地通过阅读量、转发量、评论量等数据对短视频平台影响力进行分析过于片面,因此系统通过短视频自媒体影响力指数这个统一的数据指标来评定这个短视频自媒体所发稿件在短视频平台用户的传播影响力,为评估短视频自媒体影响力、深入挖掘短视频自媒体传播力提供数据参考。短视频自媒体影响力指数通过视频的活跃度和用户传播度来反映客户端的传播能力和传播效果。 指标体系: 采用数据:发稿量、转发量、评论量、点赞量 采用指标:主要通过活跃度V1和传播度V2两大维度来进行评价 短视频影响力指数VCI 一、媒体维度V1(20%)发稿量 二、用户维度V2(80%)转发数(40%) 评论数(40%)点赞量(20%) VCI(短视频影响力)=(20% × V1 +80% × V2 )× 160 V1(活跃度) = ln(发稿数 +1) V2(传播度) = 40% × ln(转发数 +1)+ 40% × ln( 评论数+1)+ 20% × ln(点赞量 +1) VCI数值越高,则自媒体账号影响力越大,反之则影响力越小

In recent years, short-video platforms have become important sources of hot events and online public opinions, with the number of concerned users growing steadily. Scientifically and accurately evaluating the influence of short-video self-media accounts is of great theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the characteristics of information dissemination on short-video platforms, deeply exploring the dissemination potential of short videos, and further standardizing and guiding the dissemination behaviors of short-video platforms. However, simply analyzing the influence of short-video platforms using metrics such as reading volume, repost volume, and comment volume is overly one-sided. Therefore, this system adopts the unified data indicator of Short-video Self-media Influence Index to evaluate the dissemination influence of content released by short-video self-media accounts among users of short-video platforms, providing data references for evaluating the influence of short-video self-media accounts and deeply exploring their dissemination capabilities. The Short-video Self-media Influence Index reflects the dissemination capability and effect of the short-video platform through two dimensions: video activeness and user dissemination degree. Indicator System: Data Collected: Number of published videos, repost volume, comment volume, like volume Adopted Indicators: The evaluation is mainly conducted through two dimensions: Activeness V1 and Dissemination Degree V2 Short-video Influence Index (VCI) 1. Media Dimension V1 (20% weight): Number of published videos 2. User Dimension V2 (80% weight): Repost count (40%), Comment count (40%), Like count (20%) VCI (Short-video Influence Index) = (20% × V1 + 80% × V2) × 160 V1 (Activeness) = ln(number of published videos + 1) V2 (Dissemination Degree) = 40% × ln(repost count + 1) + 40% × ln(comment count + 1) + 20% × ln(like count + 1) The higher the VCI value, the greater the influence of the self-media account, and vice versa.
