Supplementary Figure 1: Histopathological and immunohistochemical images from an infiltrative perianal basal cell carcinoma biopsy, including hematoxylin–eosin staining and immunostaining for Ber-EP4, p16, EMA, and CEA.
Supplementary Table 1: Immunohistochemical and molecular profiling data for a subset of 11 out of 50 anogenital basal cell carcinoma cases, including key clinicopathological and genomic findings.
