Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of the cerebral cortex in Gclc knockout mice at 3 and 6 months of age

This study investigates the transcriptomic impact of glutamate–cysteine ligase catalytic subunit (Gclc) deficiency in the mouse cortex at 3 and 6 months of age using single-nucleus RNA sequencing. We isolated nuclei from the cerebral cortex of Gclc-KO mice at 3 and 6 months and performed snRNA-seq using the 10x Genomics Chromium system.
