Contains the apricot vafSOMA inputs and outputs (vafSOMA 0.4.2; results identical with 0.4.3), effective genome sizes, mutation-rate estimates, reference sites, leaf calls, the sites excluded from the background pools, the simulation scripts and all per-data-set simulation results, summary tables, and the scripts for the figures and supplementary tables.
