Alexithymia and Emotion Intensity Ratings

The present project (IRB 2020-10-016 ; PSY-IRB 2019-030) contains psychological data from Singaporean students and US workers recruited via the MTurk platform. Subjects completed different self-reported measures via an online survey platform (Qualtrics). Administered measures comprise scales of alexithymia, emotional awareness, interoception (perception of internal bodily states), body image, the Big Five Inventory, and a questionnaire concerning the use of Social Media. Basic demographics data have also been collected for each sample. The folder contains anonymized raw data and processed data accompanied by the corresponding R scripts and instructions.
