RNAs have versatile roles in DNA damage repair. We here report RAD51AP1 associated with RNAs by PAR-CLIP. Overall design: To investigate the function of RNAs which are associated with RAD51AP1 in DNA damage repair, we established RAD51AP1 stable cell line. We then performed PAR-CLIP and analysied RAD51AP1 associated RNAs.
