Analysis of RNA levels in HEK293 treated with GB- and DG-ASO

The project aims to investigate how downstream-of-gene (DG) and gene-body (GB) antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) targeting the CHMP1A and KPNB1 genes affect steady-state and chromatin-associated RNAs, compared with a control ASO in human HEK293 cells.
