In this study, we sequenced the whole genome of B2. Then, we compared it with genome analyses of other strains. Furthermore, the genome annotation and comparative genomics analysis provided a foundation for a better understanding of the genomic structure of B2 and particularly offered information for the discovery of potential drug resistance genes and mutants.
