Human osteoblast (hFOB 1.19) was used. Cells were divided into three groups. Control groups were normally cultured in high-sugar DMEM, 10% FBS and 1% penicillin–streptomycin. Hypoxia groups were cultured in 200μmol/L CoCl2 4 hours and then normally cultured 4 hours. Repeated brief hypoxia groups were received 3 times of RBH management (cells hypoxia 10min and reoxygenation 10min was one time RBH) and then cultured in hypoxia environment 4 hours and normally cultured 4 hours. The lncRNA and mRNA was detected by high-throughput sequencing.
