FASTA files for primate species

Aligned nucleotide sequences for primate species. Coding sequences were obtained by tBlastN search on Ensembl for the following primate species: Crab eating macaque<i> (Macaca fascicularis), </i>White faced capuchin <i>(Cebus imitator), </i>White tufted marmoset <i>(Callithrix jacchus), </i>Ma’s night monkey <i>(Aotus nancymaae), </i>Gibbon <i>(Hylobatidae), </i>Bamboo lemur <i>(Hapalemur griseus), </i>Sooty mangabey <i>(Cercocebus atys)</i>, Olive baboon <i>(Papio anubis)</i>, Gelada <i>(Theropithecus gelada),</i> and Mouse lemur <i>(Microcebus danfossi)</i> against the TLR7 in humans. The coding sequence for the rat <i>(Rattus norvegicus</i><i>) </i>was also obtained and served as the outgroup<i>.</i> All CDS sequences were aligned using MUSCLE in AliView software. <br>
