资源简介:
Staphylococcus aureus isolates recovered from periodontal, oro-nasal, skin and ulcer sites of patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot ulcers were subjected to whole-genome sequencing to determine if the oro-nasal cavity and periodontal pockets can be a staphylococcal-based reservoir for infection of diabetic foot ulcers.
