Agricultural soils from five sites in Hilla Province were assessed for microbiological diversity as finest source of plant growth-promoting, biocontrol and bioremediation candidates. Total bacteriobiota was analyzed by using the NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform using the V3 and V4 hypervariable regions of 16S rRNA gene as barcode region.
