The raw data set refers to thirty-three tumor tissues that were analyzed, comprising 9 BRAF-mutated, 14 RAS-mutated, and 10 non mutated tumor tissues. Proteomic analysis was conducted on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissues using bottom-up LC-MS/MS in data-independent acquisition mode. Protein identification and relative expression were achieved using the DIA-NN label-free quantification approach.
