Special Districts

The special districts data layer contains all the lake and sanitary districts in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. They were created from tax parcels. Each parcel is attributed with the County's parcel identification number (PIN). The PIN is used to relate parcels to the property listing database. Parcel boundaries were dissolved on the special district codes.
