This dataset contains raster layers used for the spatial prioritization analysis of coral reef habitats in Cayo Arenas. The files include thematic and derived layers that support the multi-criteria evaluation presented in the associated manuscript.Thematic map: The field Original_V indicates the habitat classes.Beta-diversity map: The field Gridcode represents the habitat classes used in the analysis.Seascape metrics:Patch compactnessConnectivity between patchesHabitat availabilitySpatial change (DeltaCue analysis)Optimal priority map: result of the iterative Weighted Overlay Analysis (WOA).
