Data supporting: Community morphological traits and species diversity promote spatial vegetation patterns in Alxa plateau in NW China

An integrated dataset of vegetation investigation in Alxa plateau in NW China to explore the interrelationship of abiotic and biotic factors that affect the patch size distribution. And another dataset of the relative abundance of shrub species inhabited in the area to show the convergence and dissimilarity of morphological traits under climate and soil gradient.
