Functional abnomality of mutant ERa disected from mutant ERa-specific open chromatin region and cistrome. Homo sapiens

ERa is frequently mutated in breast cancers and thought to relate with breast cancer pathology and metastasis. Although several high frequent sites are reported, their impact onto ERa-associated cistrome and open chromatin region organization were largely unknown. Especially, complehensive and precise comparion of functional abnormality among the high frequent mutations are missing. To reveal functional abnormality of each mutant, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq were performed with breast cancer cell line inducibly expressing each mutant ERa.
