Dairy Cow Drinking/Brushing Behavior Video Event Dataset and code

This dataset contains short video event clips (.mp4) with accompanying per-cow event annotation tables (.csv) captured from multiple dairy cow pens and cameras over multiple days in 2024. Each CSV file lists one or more behavioral event segments (currently Drinking events in the provided sample) with precise start/end offsets inside the paired video file, plus contextual counts of total animals simultaneously performing selected behaviors. We also include code and models for processing and analyzing drinking and brushing behaviour of the cows from the video dataset.
