Transcriptome sequencing analysis of vitexin application in wheat seedlings

According to transcriptome sequencing results, exogenous application of wheat vitexin can increase drought tolerance of wheat mainly through increasing key enzyme gene expression pathway of flavonoid pathway, regulating pathway of plant hormone and maintaining membrane stability.
