The sandbox test of weathered BDE-209 Raw sequence reads

This study is aimed to solve the low BDE-209 concentration contamination in soils by adjusting environmental variables and amendments of microorganisms or nutrients. The sandbox test was conducted to verify if addition of a soybean oil nanoemulsion (SONE) or inoculation of an acclimated mixed culture can assist the bioremediation of BDE-209 in rice-paddy soil under optimum water content. Next generation sequencing (NGS) was conducted to observe the microbial profile.
