Cytokine expression normalized by GAPDH in dermal leprosy lesions.

TT+BT is tuberculoid polar leprosy, LL+BL is lepromatous polar leprosy. Values with Ct Values greater than 40 were given a value of zero and included in the statistical analysis to determine medians and 75th percentile values. P values were calculated after Mann-Whitney analysis.
