selection of isogenic H37Rv fluoroquinolone resistant strains in vitro

This study aimed to decipher other molecular mechanisms than DNA gyrase mutations in fluoroquinolone resistance by a genomic appraoch. For this, we performed Illumina whole genome sequencing on 14 H37Rv isogenic fluoroquinolone-resistant strains selected in a mouse model, without mutations in gyrA and gyrB genes.
