PyGenePlexus

The update from v0.4.1 is that PreTrainedWeight files now are generated without using scaling. This is a repository for preprocessed data for the PyGenePlexus python package. This version contains data used for v2 of PyGenePlexus that utilizes cross species data. This data is from third party sources and below describes the licensing agreements of the data. The PyGenePlexus software is released under the BSD 3-Clause License. License information for data used STRING, GO and Mondo use Creative Commons License: Attribution 4.0 International. Monarch uses the 3-Clause BSD License BioGRID uses The MIT License. The location of the license agreement of terms-of-use for each network or geneset collection can be found below. We note that no license agreement was available for GIANT. However, we have obtained permission from the owner of the material to redistribute the network and they have noted that they will be adding a Creative Commons License: Attribution 4.0 International to the website soon.
