Uncovering the Effects of Microorganisms and Metabolism on the Growth of Monochasma sheareri Franch. ex Maxim under Parasitic Cultivation

In this study, we systematically analyzed the root metabolites, root exudates and associated microbial communities of M. savatieri under both parasitic and non-parasitic conditions using metabolomics as well as 16S rRNA gene and ITS high-throughput sequencing techniques. Our research provides a theoretical foundation for the development of high-yield cultivation techniques for M. savatieri, deepening the understanding of the underlying mechanisms of parasitism.
