Soil Microorganisms of Allium ochotense in different habitats.

We studied the bacterial communities in the rhizosphere and bulk soils of Allium ochotense under different habitats. The aim of this study was to identify the differences among the soil microorganisms of Allium ochotense under different land use patterns and to explore the bacteria that are beneficial to the growth of Allium ochotense.
