THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MODERN MANAGEMENT

This article is dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the role of artificial intelligence technologies in modern corporate governance and management systems, their impact on operational efficiency, and the ensuing legal and economic risks. The research explores the legal consequences of algorithmic decision-making in management based on the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, specifically utilizing the regulatory legal acts from the Lex.uz database. Furthermore, the article substantiates the transformation processes involved in transitioning from traditional to digital management, as well as the integration of AI in data privacy, human resources policy, and strategic planning, utilizing practical examples and analytical indicators.
