NRoM for CoSEVS

These are 4 batches of e-beam writing. In each folder there is an image of the pattern layout indicating, for example, the length of the nanorods in each field. In each batch there could be 1-3 samples with slightly different spacer thikcness (1-6 nm). Folders with name that ends in Soak are after the SAM assembly of 4-NTB unless stated differently (8_EV_C). In each measurement folder you can find the raw data of each field (mat. file) and a csv. file of all the measurements combined. The python script can be used to plot the mat. files
