In this study, we used ram as a model animal to identify the effectiveness of rams immunized with KISS1 gene vaccine.Using Illumina HiSeq X Ten high sequencing for ram adrenal gland. Transcriptome analysis of different treatment adrenal tissues was carried out to identify the reason for the increase of adrenal cortical hyperplasia and androgen synthesis.
