Salary overview (for local negotiations in the state)

Pay overview is a publicly available tool for displaying pay statistics for government employees. The primary objectives are support for local wage negotiations, as well as general wage orientation for both employees, state-owned companies and other stakeholders. Wage overview shows aggregated wage and staff statistics with the possibility of delimiting to ministerial areas or companies. The figures can be broken down into different staff groups, average wages can be shown broken down by overall wage categories, gender and regions, and wage development and wage dispersion can be calculated for further qualification of an area's wage level. The tool has been developed in cooperation with the Central Organisations' Joint Committee.
