This district is shown on the zoning map and described in 54-231 and overlays other districts. In addition to the regulations and requirements of each overlayed zoning district, properties within the Old City District shall be subject to regulations hereinafter required in regard to architectural appropriateness of buildings and structures and maintenance thereof.
