Selected cleaned analytical dataset for "Geomagnetic-field-associated differences in pupal body-axis orientation in the mealworm beetle Tenebrio molitor"

This dataset contains the selected cleaned analytical data used for the revised analyses of pupal body-axis orientation and adult morphometric traits in the mealworm beetle Tenebrio molitor. The dataset includes 270 individuals retained after applying the final inclusion criteria. Variables include individual identifiers, experimental group, magnetic-field treatment, light condition, coil/chamber assignment, board and grid position, corrected pupal body-axis orientation, wall/edge contact status, adult sex, prothorax width, left elytron length, magnetic-field intensity, mortality information, and experiment comments. The dataset represents the complete-case analytical subset used for the circular-statistical orientation analyses and adult morphometric analyses. The full experimental workbook, including additional raw records not retained in this analytical subset, is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
