Sequecing data associated with the revision of the Red Book of Mammals of Mainland Portugal

In the revision of the Red Book of Mammals of Mainland Portugal genetic methods were used to confirm the identification of small mammals (eulipotyphlans and rodents) and bats species, both in cases of uncertain morphological identification and for non-invasive samples (hairs and faecal samples). This project includes the sequencing data obtained in this study.
