RNA-Seq based gene expression profiling of naïve B-cells from CTCFfl/+;CD19-Creki/+ mice.

The goal of this study was to establish the gene expression profile of naïve B-cells from CTCFfl/+;CD19-Creki/+ mice, using RNA-seq technology. Overall design: Naïve B cells, isolated from the spleen of CTCFfl/+;CD19-Creki/+ mice, were used to extract poly A RNA with the aim of characterizing their gene expression profiles, using RNA-Seq technology.
