资源简介:
This dataset regroups part of the data collected during the first comprehensive baseline survey for the Cooling and Shading subprogram of the Reef Restoration and Adaptation Program (RRAP) that was conducted in the Central Great Barrier Reef, 100km off the coast of Townsville, during the early (December) and late (February) austral summer of 2021-2022. This dataset comprises the sampling time, wind direction, relative humidity, air temperature, dewpoint, light intensity, latitude and longitude measured by a Maximet Gill weather station; sea-surface temperature (SST) and sea-surface salinity (SSS) measured by a vanEssen mini-CTD-Diver , the vertical wind velocity outputted from a Campbell Scientific sonic anemometer as well as the atmospheric and dissolved concentrations of all biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) and greenhouse gases (GHGs) that were measured using a proton-transfer-reaction quadrupole mass spectrometer (Ionicon) coupled with a cavity ring-down spectrometer (Picarro). The resulting flux estimates of all BVOCs and GHGs, which were determined using a bulk flux approach following the numerical scheme proposed by Johnson et al. (2010), are also provided.
