GO analysis results based on Suijing18 Denovo assembly version 1

GO analysis was carried out based on the above function annotation results were submitted to topGO. The Biological Process (BP), Cellular Component (CC), and Molecular Function (MF) were listed. The secondary binding point was chosen in the analysis. The annotated proteins from Suijing18 were submitted for pathway analysis carried out by KEGG (http://www.genome.jp/kegg/).
