Chromosome-level genomeassembly and annotation of Tor sinensis

The objective of this study is to produce a high-quality genome assembly of Tor sinensis at the chromosome level by high-throughput sequencing, to perform chromosome anchoring by using Hi-C technology, and to perform precise gene annotation by combining RNA-seq data. By analysing its genomic features and evolutionary adaptation mechanisms, we aim to establish a molecular basis for the adaptive evolutionary study of Tor sinensis.
