This data is both Raman and FTIR spectra of the control samples from both cell lines as indicated in the subject line. The data has been published as "Ex vivo spectroscopic characterisation of the biological activity of pancreatic cyst fluid", O. Bouzerda et al, Analyst, 2025, doi.org/10.1039/D5AN00230C. The datasets are provided in .csv format. The column identifiers indicate the replicates from which the spectral data was acquired, while the first row in each file indicates the wavenumbers from which the data was acquired. All data is preprocessed as described in the manuscript.
