Macrophages are immune cells inctributing to several kinds of diseases, and activation status of macrophages are considered to be regulated by several stimulations. To test the gene expression change in activated macrophages, human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with anti-CD74 antobodies (clone LN2 and CDLA74-1). The mRNA expression in control, stimulated, infected macrophages were analysed. Macrophages (200000 cells/well in 6-well plate) were stimulated with anti-CD74 antibodies. Based culture madium was DMEM/HamF12 medium supplemented with 10% FBS.
