Research Data - Occurrence of Sleep-Disordered Breathing in Children and Adolescents with 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome Spectrum and Its Relationship with Nasal Obstruction and Cardiorespiratory Capacity

This dataset contains clinical, physiological, and questionnaire-based data related to the study titled “Occurrence of Sleep-Disordered Breathing in Children and Adolescents with 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome Spectrum and Its Relationship with Nasal Obstruction and Cardiorespiratory Capacity.” The data include pre- and post-6-minute walk test measurements (heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, Borg scale), as well as results from standardized sleep and respiratory questionnaires (PSQ, SDSC subscales, CQ-5, VAS). The dataset supports the analysis of correlations between sleep-disordered breathing symptoms, nasal obstruction, and cardiorespiratory performance in a pediatric population diagnosed with 22q11.2DS or its clinical variants.
