KIF3A SNP associations with allergic disease.

aThe discovery Caucasian population and African American population consisted of asthmatic children from the GCPCR and non-asthmatic/non-allergic controls from the GCPCR and GCC. Associations between allergic children and controls were tested using an additive model. Odds ratios (OR) were determined using logistic regression based on the minor allele after adjusting for age, gender and population stratification.
