Raw data used in the genetic evaluation of an Iranian female with PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome

A 39-year-old Iranian woman with a family history of gastric cancer in a first-degree relative had blood in her stool and dyspepsia. Colonoscopy showed >20 polyps in the rectosigmoid, endoscopy showed small polyps in the stomach/duodenum. Genetic testing (whole exome sequencing) found PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome (PHTS), despite no skin symptoms. Here, the raw data used in the genetic evaluation of this case are provided.
