Perple_X files (version 6.9.1) related to the publication "Felsic Magmatism on Venus generated by Deep Crustal melting" by Collinet et al., submitted to JGR:Planets in May 2025
The subfolder General_files contains the perple_X option file, solution_model and hp633ver (Holland et al., 2018) thermodynamic database.
The subfolder Melt_compositions contains a summary of the felsic melts produced at 5 and 25 wt.% melt fractions.
The subfolder P_T_grid_build_files contains the files necessary to run Perple_X.6.9.1 (vertex and werami) with the thermodynamic and option files provided in the subfolder General_files.
The subfolder Profiles_geotherms contains both the build files and output files used in the figures illustrating the results along the 5, 10 and 15 K/km geothermal gradients.
