The European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) Community Genomes

The European Reference Genome Atlas (ERGA) is a pan-European initiative with the goal of coordinating the generation of high-quality annotated reference genomes for all eukaryotic biodiversity across the continent (https://www.erga-biodiversity.eu/). ERGA strives to assist researchers with guidance and best practices for sampling, sequencing, and assembly to generate high-quality reference genomes meeting Earth BioGenome Project (EBP) standards. The ERGA Community Genomes comprise genomic resources for European species, the generation of which benefited from support and/or materials offered through the ERGA Committees and the wider ERGA Community.
