This data set includes the instances used in the paper "An ALNS algorithm for the static dial-a-ride problem with ride and waiting time minimization" <em>OR Spectrum</em> <strong>44, </strong>87–119 (2022). Both the instances used for the final calculations as well as the ones used for the preliminary studies and parameter tuning in the appendix are present.
