Mikrocensus 1982, 4. quarter: Professional Development and Retraining

The Mikrozensus special surveys of the year 1982 have put an emphasis on questions on employment and labour market: in June occupational history (Mikrozensus MZ8202) in September “job seeking/extra hours (Mikrozensus MZ8203) finally, in December professional development and retraining (Mikrozensus MT8204) This survey should give more information on those persons whose schooling has been in the course of second-chance education or who have made use of the possibility of professional development and retraining. This is not the first time that questions on further education have been asked in the Mikrozensus. In December 1973 (Mikrozensus MZ7304) there has already been a special program on this topic.1982年微普查（Mikrozensus）专项调查以就业与劳动力市场相关议题为核心重点：6月开展职业史专项调查（微普查MZ8202），9月推出"求职/额外工时"专项调查（微普查MZ8203），最终于12月实施职业发展与再培训专项调查（微普查MT8204）。本次调查旨在为两类群体提供更为详实的调研数据：一是受教育经历属于二次机会教育（second-chance education）范畴的人群，二是曾参与职业发展与再培训项目的人群。微普查项目并非首次将继续教育相关问题纳入调研范畴：早在1973年12月，微普查就已针对该主题推出专项调查项目（微普查MZ7304）。
