scRNA-seq analysis of CD4 T cells reactive toward alpha-zein, helicobacter hepaticus, or unknown small or large intestinal antigens

This experiment was designed to compare the types of T cells and transcript profile within different subsets of cells that bind antigens from the gut microbe Helicobacter hepaticus or the dietary protein zein compared to the bulk Treg pool (unknown antigen specificity).
