This dataset supports a sub-analysis of a prospective randomized controlled trial investigating the predictive value of serum progesterone levels on the day of pregnancy testing in HRT-FET cycles.<br>ROC curve analysis was performed by formulation, using serum P4 and its change (ΔP4).<br>The data correspond to the figures and results presented in the submitted manuscript.
