Classification: Theoretical Physics / Cosmology Abstract Modern theoretical physics faces a severe crisis regarding the vacuum catastrophe—a 10^{120} order-of-magnitude discrepancy between quantum field theory predictions and observed cosmic expansion—alongside an inability to reconcile subatomic wave behavior with macroscopic reality. This paper introduces the Unified Theory of Stationary Light (TSL), proposing that the universe is not an empty vacuum filled with discrete particles, but a high-tension Stationary Light Field (c^2). By redefining the vacuum as a Saturation Constant (S_k) and introducing a top-down rendering mechanism governed by the Master Equation, we resolve the vacuum energy discrepancy, account for macroscopic quantum interference (e.g., the 7,000-atom Vienna experiment), and unify subatomic precipitation with cosmic-scale uniformity (HR 8799).
